About The Position

We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Otolaryngologist to join our thriving, well-established practice in Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to build your own patient panel, with ample time to grow the practice and improve the quality of life for our patients. The role reports to the Medical Director and involves providing full-time comprehensive ENT services. You will work with experienced clinic staff proficient in assisting with in-office procedures such as balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, pressure equalization tube placement, minor sinus surgery, closed nasal reduction, removal of small skin lesions, and abscess drainage. The practice has an excellent referral base, providing a strong foundation for a thriving general ENT practice. General ENT call is required one week per month, with no oromaxillofacial injury call.

Requirements

Board-certified or eligible Otolaryngologist
Highly proficient and confident in clinical and surgical ENT care
General ENT focus preferred, but fellowship-trained applicants interested in a mixed practice will be considered.
Otolaryngology residents and fellows completing training in 2026 and summer of 2027, as well as experienced Otolaryngologists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide full-time comprehensive ENT services.
Build and manage own patient panel.
Perform in-office procedures including balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, pressure equalization tube placement, minor sinus surgery, closed nasal reduction, removal of small skin lesions, and abscess drainage.
Participate in general ENT call one week per month.
