About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital, which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services from primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine. Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
  • New York Medical License

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Participate in dedicated OR block time, including robotic surgical procedures.
  • Conduct outpatient clinic sessions and manage continuity of care.
  • Perform inpatient rounds and respond to emergency room consults, as needed.
  • Educate and mentor surgical residents and medical students in an academic environment.
  • Participate in a shared call schedule.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $204,000 based on 24-hour work week.
  • Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • 401(k) Company Contribution: Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
