About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital, which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services from primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine. Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
New York Medical License

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Participate in dedicated OR block time, including robotic surgical procedures.
Conduct outpatient clinic sessions and manage continuity of care.
Perform inpatient rounds and respond to emergency room consults, as needed.
Educate and mentor surgical residents and medical students in an academic environment.
Participate in a shared call schedule.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $204,000 based on 24-hour work week.
Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution: Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
