About The Position

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist for practice opportunities at their Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center. MAPMG is a physician-led group of over 1,800 physicians serving Kaiser Permanente patients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. They emphasize a collaborative, team-based approach, utilizing a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) to coordinate care and focus on long-term health, prevention, and effective treatment of diseases. MAPMG supports innovation, quality care, education, and research.

Requirements

MD or DO
Board certification or board eligibility in otolaryngology.
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Practice referral-based surgical otolaryngology covering head and neck, endocrine, sleep, pediatric, rhinology, otology, facial plastics, and skin cancer surgery.
Collaborate with a collegial team of four (4) otolaryngologists and physician assistant support.
Work with a dedicated group of 4 audiologists.
Collaborate with a wider network of MAPMG otolaryngologists in metropolitan service areas including Washington D.C./suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Practice the full breadth of otolaryngology within a multi-specialty environment, serving a captured patient population in an integrated delivery system.
Participate in mentoring and teaching through the relationship with the Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology Residency program.
