About The Position

The Section of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Dartmouth Health is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive Otolaryngologist to join their faculty. This role involves a dual appointment with Cheshire Medical Center and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, offering a blend of community hospital closeness and academic medical center depth. The position requires 36 clinical hours per week, including one OR day, with the majority of time spent at Cheshire Medical Center. Call coverage is exclusively at Cheshire Medical Center, occurring 7 days per month. The average patient load is 18-23 patients per day. The physician will collaborate with a multi-expertise team in a thriving practice focused on evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited otolaryngology residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in otolaryngology.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire medical license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 36 clinical hours each week, including one OR day per week.
• Spend the majority of time at Cheshire Medical Center.
• Provide call coverage at Cheshire Medical Center (7 days per month).
• See an average of 18-23 patients per day.
