Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Valid medical license to practice in the respective state or country
• Proven experience in diagnosing and managing ENT conditions
• Strong surgical skills and proficiency with relevant medical equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Compassionate approach to patient care and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders
• Perform surgical procedures such as sinus surgeries, tonsillectomies, and ear surgeries
• Conduct patient examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Stay current with advancements in ENT practices and participate in ongoing professional development
