OTD Education Specialist – UW Organ and Tissue Donation (OTD)
About The Position
This impactful role centralizes and elevates training to strengthen staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, build staff competency, and maximize life-saving organ donation outcomes. As an OTD Education Specialist, you will design and deliver engaging training and competency programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning, simulation, etc.) for organ donation professionals, lead new-hire onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments, manage effective Learning Management Systems (LMS) to provide education and track training compliance, translate regulatory changes into clear, targeted education plans, and support quality improvement and cross-team knowledge sharing. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in training coordination, education program development, or compliance in a healthcare setting
