Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field Required
2 years of relevant experience in training coordination, education program development, or compliance in a healthcare setting Required

Master's Degree in Education or related Preferred

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training and competency programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning, simulation, etc.) for organ donation professionals
Lead new-hire onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments
Manage effective Learning Management Systems (LMS) to provide education and track training compliance
Translate regulatory changes into clear, targeted education plans
Support quality improvement and cross-team knowledge sharing
