About The Position

Prime HealthCare Staffing is hiring an experienced occupational therapist for a travel contract opportunity in Medford, Oregon. In a home health setting, the therapist will manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses. The schedule may consist of 8–10-hour shifts, four to five days per week. One year of recent home health experience is preferred. Prime’s health care professionals provide support throughout the process, 24/7.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification; AHA certification is preferred.
• Active state license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Must complete a drug screen and background screen.
