About The Position

The OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager will lead OT security assessments, program design, and managed security implementations across multiple industry verticals. The role requires consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients, along with people leadership and engagement with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy. Relevant regulatory frameworks include NERC CIP, IEC 62443, TSA SD-02D, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2, or equivalent.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience, with a demonstrated track record delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing consultants and senior consultants.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industry verticals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
• Demonstrated experience with OT regulatory frameworks: NERC CIP, IEC 62443, TSA SD-02D, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience.
