Requirements

  • Formal IT qualification, technical diploma, degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
  • Experience supporting users within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL 4 and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for IT issues requiring on-site assistance.
  • Deliver, configure, and deploy ready-to-use computers and devices.
  • Guide users with practical training on common IT tools and services.
  • Manage inventory of IT hardware, accessories, and related assets.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate asset records.
  • Coordinate device shipments, returns, and equipment movements.
  • Manage warranty claims and vendor interactions for hardware repairs.
  • Support collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, and end-user technology needs.
