We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as an OSP Operator I, supporting the construction of telecommunications infrastructure. This is an entry-level position focused primarily on outdoor, hands-on work installing underground and aerial fiber networks. In this role, you will work in all types of weather, operate heavy equipment to bury fiber, and assist with aerial installations using bucket trucks or by climbing poles. This is a physically active job suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying busy, and learning technical skills in a growing industry. You do not need a CDL to start; however, you must have a valid driver's license, maintain a good driving record, and be willing and able to obtain a class A CDL. We provide and pay for CDL training and other required certifications.
