About The Position

CACI is looking for an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collector to support a new multi-Intelligence Emerging and Disruptive Biological Effects collection team in Reston, Virginia. This role involves conducting open-source intelligence collection of publicly available information on Emerging and Disruptive Technology, biosafety, and biosecurity. The collector will identify trends, protocols, and relationships that provide insight into worldwide biosafety and biosecurity topics, and identify publicly and commercially available data sources of biodefense related data for ingest into MARS. Findings will be consolidated into written reports, and the collector will collaborate with collectors from other intelligence disciplines and analysts.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI
• Current Polygraph or willingness to complete one
• Any OSINT Certification
• Experience conducting Open-Source Collection using SILO and/or Bluestone Dark Pursuit or other tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting OSINT supporting DIA
• DLPT 2/2 in Mandarin Chinese
• Min 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of that experience in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in biology, epidemiology, public health or another medical related field.
