About The Position
CACI is looking for an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collector to support a new multi-Intelligence Emerging and Disruptive Biological Effects collection team in Boston, MA at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Requirements
- Current TS/SCI
- Current Polygraph or willingness to complete one
- Any OSINT Certification
- Experience conducting Open-Source Collection using SILO and/or Bluestone Dark Pursuit or other tools
Nice To Haves
- Experience conducting OSINT supporting DIA
- DLPT 2/2 in Mandarin Chinese
- Min 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of that experience in the last 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in biology, epidemiology, public health or another medical related field.
Responsibilities
- Conducts open-source intelligence collection of publicly available information on Emerging and Disruptive Technology, biosafety, and biosecurity
- Identifies trends, protocols, and relationships that provide insight into worldwide biosafety and biosecurity topics
- Identifies publicly and commercially available data sources of biodefense related data for ingest into MARS
- Consolidate findings into written reports
- Collaborate with collectors from other intelligence disciplines and analysts
