About The Position

As an OSINT Collection Requirements Manager, you’ll use your intelligence and collection management experience to develop and manage collection requirements that help your client close intelligence gaps and meet operational priorities. As an intelligence professional on our team, you’ll work across intelligence disciplines to develop, coordinate, validate, and manage collection requirements and strategies in support of Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other intelligence needs. You’ll identify collection and reporting gaps, review existing requirements, and determine when new standing or time-sensitive requirements are needed. Using your understanding of OSINT and collection management, you’ll help synchronize collection activities, assess collection posture, and ensure requirements remain aligned with operational priorities. You’ll collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission partners to support multi-INT collection and targeting efforts and use collection and requirements management systems to track and manage requirements. You’ll also support joint exercises and represent collection management processes and priorities during staff coordination. As an authority on your assigned requirements, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in intelligence operations, collection management, requirements management, mission management, or an intelligence function
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a Joint, Service Component Command, Corps, theater-level, or national-level Intelligence Community organization
  • Experience with OSINT analysis or collection
  • Experience developing and managing intelligence collection requirements to address intelligence or operational needs
  • Experience coordinating across intelligence disciplines, operational organizations, and mission partners to support intelligence requirements and priorities
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using collection or requirements management systems, including OSCAR-MS, CRATE, POSTMAN, or COLISEUM
  • Experience with Joint, Corps, or theater ISR assets, capabilities, tasking, or employment
  • Experience supporting multi-INT collection strategies, targeting, or target development
  • Experience supporting collection management during joint or multinational exercises
  • Experience applying knowledge management, data analytics, or data science techniques to intelligence or collection processes
