About The Position

Eumundi State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our passionate leadership team at our growing OSHC service. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 8 non-contact paid admin hours. Shift times are 6:50-8:50am (Rise then Shine) and 2:50-6:00pm (Stay and Play). We also offer block shifts during the school holidays (7:00am - 6:00pm). You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Requirements

• A relevant Diploma-level qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
