About The Position

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Campbell. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before school care: 7:00 - 9:00am, After school care: 2:00 - 6:00pm, Admin: 8 hours. Total hours: 38 hours.

Requirements

• You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
• As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
