About The Position

This role involves managing Out of Service & Damage (OS&D) and warranty claims for Priefert Mfg. products. The representative will be responsible for learning product details, communicating professionally with customers, demonstrating products, soliciting orders, answering inquiries, and providing post-sale support. The position requires a strong understanding of ranching and equine knowledge, as well as the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others.
• Ability to learn ERP software as well as Microsoft Office.

• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintains composure in stressful situations.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience in sales, shipping, inventory, invoicing, and RMAs preferred.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and pass an exam on all Priefert Mfg. products.
• Utilize ranching and equine knowledge in daily tasks.
• Communicate professionally with all customers.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
