About The Position
Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician in Orland Park, Illinois, to provide outpatient care exclusively to infants and their families. The Clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and corrects infant ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are regarded by pediatricians and parents as experts in evaluating and treating these conditions and build relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The role offers direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. Cranial Technologies provides formal training, mentoring, and opportunities for future growth, including training, mentoring, and travel. The listed pay range is $90,000–$100,000, dependent on tenure in the field and relevant experience; the position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Orthotist.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
