About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to provide pediatric outpatient care focused on treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ears. Clinicians evaluate and treat infants using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes without surgery. They work directly with infants and their families, serving as experts for pediatricians and parents and building relationships with families throughout treatment. The role offers visible, measurable changes in two to three weeks, direct patient care with minimal paperwork, and no productivity or patient quotas. The company provides formal training, mentoring, and opportunities for growth in training, mentoring, and travel. The position is limited to Certified Orthotists. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
