Orthopedics Operations Manager, Baptist Clay

Baptist Hospital is seeking an Operations Manager for the Baptist Orthopedics office at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift position, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. As a highly motivated and experienced Orthopedic Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in the development and launch of a new Orthopedic clinic at Baptist Clay.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- One-Two Years Orthopedics Experience Required
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Service Line Director to establish operational excellence in the clinic.
- Possessing a strong understanding of Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal clinical operations.
- A commitment to patient care.
- Developing budgets and pro-formas.
- Being passionate about building a successful program from the ground up.
