About The Position
Baptist Hospital is hiring an Operations Manager for the Baptist Orthopedics office located at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. As a highly motivated and experienced Orthopedic Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the development and launch of an Orthopedic clinic at Baptist Clay.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- One-Two Years Orthopedics Experience Required
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Service Line Director to establish operational excellence in the clinic.
- Possessing a strong understanding of Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal clinical operations
- A commitment to patient care
- Developing budgets and pro-formas
- Being passionate about building a successful program from the ground up.
