About The Position

Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our collaborative team in Tucson, AZ, supporting a State Level 1 and ACS Level 2 Trauma Center. Requirements

  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
  • Completion of Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
  • Expertise in Pelvic and Acetabular Fracture Management required
  • Demonstrated experience in high-acuity trauma care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Provide Orthopedic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery (ACS) coverage
  • 183 24-hour shifts annually
  • Balance of OR time and follow-up clinic
  • Work in 7-day stretches with built-in recovery time
