About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking motivated physical therapists to join our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. This is a structured, high-impact training experience designed to accelerate clinical expertise and prepare clinicians for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination. TPS, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Advent Health in Sebring, Wauchula, and Lake Placid, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team. This program combines full-time clinical practice with advanced education and mentorship, helping you develop into a confident, highly skilled orthopedic clinician. The residency is built by clinicians, for clinicians —with a focus on real world application, mentorship, and long-term professional growth. Residents participate in a comprehensive blended learning model, including over 300 hours of structured didactic education, 150 hours of 1:1 mentorship, full-time patient care in an orthopedic setting, asynchronous and live virtual learning, and in-person weekend intensive courses.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) in the state of practice
• Employed full-time by start of program
• APTA and Orthopedic Section memberships before program start
• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license
• Employed by start of the residency program
