About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking motivated physical therapists to join our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. This is a 12-month structured, high-impact training experience designed to accelerate clinical expertise and prepare clinicians for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination. The program combines full-time clinical practice with advanced education and mentorship, helping residents develop into confident, highly skilled orthopedic clinicians. TPS is a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services and understanding the unique challenges clinicians face. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Advent Health in Sebring, Wauchula, and Lake Placid, we are part of a strong, multidisciplinary team delivering coordinated, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) in the state of practice
• Employed full-time by start of program
• APTA and Orthopedic Section memberships before program start
• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license
• Employed by start of the residency program

Responsibilities

• Maintain full-time clinical schedule
• Complete ~300+ hours of structured educational activities
• Participate in ongoing mentorship
• Engage in independent study and professional development

• Full-time patient care in an orthopedic setting
