Requirements
- Fellowship-trained board certified/board eligible Non-Operative Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physician.
- Completion of fellowship training in non-op sports medicine.
- Current and valid State of Utah physician license.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Strong clinical judgment.
- Strong technical expertise.
- Commitment to high quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in working individually and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic sports medicine care.
- Focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of both injuries and chronic orthopedic conditions.
