•$115,000 - $130,000•Onsite

About The Position

Adaptive Home Health is building a higher-acuity, patient-centered skilled home health model to improve patient access to home health care. The Orthopedic Physical Therapist helps patients regain mobility, function, and confidence at home after orthopedic surgery, injury, or other musculoskeletal conditions. The therapist owns each patient’s therapy plan and drives meaningful outcomes, rather than focusing only on completing visits. This is a full-time, field-based role in Dallas, scheduled Monday through Friday. The position uses a productivity-point compensation model, with an expectation of approximately 28 points per week and the opportunity to earn more by exceeding the target. The clinician is supported by clinical and operational teams and clinician-focused charting and scheduling technology intended to reduce documentation and coordination burdens.
