About The Position

Private Therapy Services (PTS) is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist for their outpatient private practice. This role emphasizes true one-on-one patient care, allowing therapists to focus fully on each patient without juggling multiple patients. The practice has served the Charleston community for over 20 years and is PT-led, prioritizing quality care, clinical judgment, and individualized treatment plans. Therapists will work with a diverse orthopedic caseload, including spine, joint, sports, post-operative, and chronic pain conditions. Requirements

A South Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
Strong orthopedic evaluation, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and post-operative needs.
Combine evidence-based treatment, progressive exercise, patient education, and hands-on care to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return safely to work, recreation, athletics, and everyday life.
Solve complex clinical problems, build meaningful patient relationships, and take ownership of the entire recovery process.
