About The Position

Balance Within Integrative Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to practice physical therapy in a way that prioritizes one-on-one patient care, clinical autonomy, and professional growth. The practice focuses on serving as Primary Musculoskeletal Providers, helping patients move better, feel better, and live fuller lives through a combination of evidence-based orthopedic care, specialized manual therapies, movement-based rehabilitation, and whole-person clinical reasoning. Requirements

• 3+ years of orthopedic PT experience.
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly.

• Interest in orthopedics, women's health, pelvic health, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness, injury prevention, or specialty practice development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA and other Manual Therapy Courses.
• Experience thinking beyond protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 55-minute one-on-one physical therapy sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day.
