About The Position

Balance Within Integrative Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join their team in Delafield, WI. This role offers the opportunity to practice physical therapy in a way that prioritizes 55-minute one-on-one patient care, clinical autonomy, and leadership opportunities. The practice focuses on serving as Primary Musculoskeletal Providers, helping patients move better, feel better, and live fuller lives. They are looking for a clinician passionate about exceptional care, lifelong learning, and shaping the future of a growing private practice. The practice is PT-owned, cash-based, and has been serving the community for over 10 years, combining evidence-based orthopedic care, specialized manual therapies, movement-based rehabilitation, and whole-person clinical reasoning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of orthopedic PT experience.
• Enjoy solving challenging cases and thinking beyond protocols.
• Value both evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Have great hands and enjoy incorporating manual therapies as a regular part of your practice.
• Appreciate feedback and continual growth.
• Communicate effectively and take ownership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA, or other Manual Therapy Courses.
• Interest in orthopedics, women's health, pelvic health, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness, injury prevention, or specialty practice development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 55-minute one-on-one physical therapy sessions.
• Practice with clinical freedom and autonomy, individualizing care based on clinical reasoning.
• Manage a meaningful caseload of 6-8 patients per day.
• Contribute to the development of specialty programs.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates.
• Play an active role in clinic growth.
• Build trust and communicate clearly with patients.
