About The Position

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant/Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join their Orthopedics Department in Keene, NH. The APP will be involved in all aspects of orthopedic patient care. This position is a mix of outpatient clinic time, inpatient rounding, and OR time in a fast-paced, collegial setting. The APP will work closely with orthopedic surgeons, other APPs, athletic trainers, and highly trained flow staff who assist with patient flow, history, education, and other services to optimize clinic operations and ensure top-notch, quality patient care. The work week is flexible with 36 hours of clinic time and 4 hours of admin time per week. There is a weekday and weekend call component, which is 1:8 at full staff.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain/maintain PA or APRN license in New Hampshire
• CPR certification
• ACLS certification (can obtain within the first year of employment)
• National specialty certification as RNFA or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
