About The Position

Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics is seeking an Orthopedic Foot & Ankle/Trauma Surgeon to join their growing orthopedic surgery team. This position will be based in Mt. Holly, NJ. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries. The position offers access to advanced surgical technology, dedicated trauma operating room time, and a robust referral network.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of orthopedic foot & ankle/trauma patients.
• Participate in call coverage.
• Perform operative and non-operative treatment of acute musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, emergency physicians, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Contribute to departmental growth through clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community engagement.
