Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant, RMA, EMT or LPN.
- Certification in medical assisting or licensure in the healthcare field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of casting and DME fitting.
- Proficiency in orthopedic terminology.
- Ability to triage medical concerns efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with patients both in person and over the phone.
- Triage patients.
- Collect and maintain accurate health histories.
- Ensure pharmaceutical reconciliations are up to date.
- Obtain vital signs to assist healthcare providers in delivering quality care.
- Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms.
- Autoclave tools.
- Coordinate the patient's journey to wellness seamlessly.
