The Orthopedic Accreditation and Registry Coordinator is responsible for managing and advancing the Joint Replacement Accreditation Program at UHS. This role ensures full compliance with Joint Commission standards for Hip and Knee procedures, oversees accreditation preparation and maintenance, manages all data submissions to the American Joint Replacement Registry (AJRR), and analyzes performance trends to support quality improvement initiatives. The coordinator collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to implement evidence‑based practices, enhance patient outcomes, and support ongoing program development.
