Our orthodontic practice is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Orthodontist to join our thriving practice with this exciting opportunity to acquire ownership of two locations in Dallas, Texas. This is your chance to grow with a healthy volume practice, lead a dedicated team, and build lasting relationships with patients—all while stepping into a role with clear ownership potential. This role offers a clear path to becoming an operating owner/partner of two locations, with a timeline for partnership in 2026-2027. You will provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including adolescent care and aligner treatments for adults, lead and mentor staff, build long-term patient relationships, and contribute to practice growth.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience required due to partnership timeline
• Experienced and entrepreneurial Orthodontist
• Patient-focused
• Eager to take on leadership and ownership responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services, including adolescent care and aligner treatments for adults.
• Collaborate with a skilled team and mentor staff, ensuring an efficient and positive work environment.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and educate them on treatment options to improve their oral health.
• Contribute to the practice's growth by maintaining high standards of care and helping to achieve production and collection goals.
