Established practice seeking an Orthodontist to join a great team in Fayetteville, North Carolina beginning in 2026. We are seeking a dedicated Orthodontist to join our founding clinical team. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
- Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
- Interest in digital orthodontics (scanners, aligner systems, etc.)

- Board-eligible or board-certified
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and develop customized orthodontic treatment plans
- Provide comprehensive services including braces, aligners, retainers, and interceptive treatments
- Collaborate with pediatric dental teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Stay current with modern orthodontic techniques and technologies
