About The Position
Compton Orthodontics is seeking a full-time Orthodontist to join its established and growing practice in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Led by Dr. Compton, the practice has served the community for nearly two decades and provides personalized orthodontic care in a supportive, relationship-driven environment. The patient population is predominantly adolescent, and treatment is approximately 80% braces and 20% Invisalign. The practice uses iTero digital scanning technology and the AO Twin NBT 022 bracket system. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The orthodontist will work at the primary Bowling Green office approximately 13 days per month and at satellite offices in Tompkinsville, Russellville, and Scottsville approximately once per month each. The incoming orthodontist will work alongside Dr. Compton one day per week and independently three days per week. Future growth opportunities may be available as the practice expands. Compensation includes a daily guarantee of $1,600 to $1,800 and a bonus opportunity based on practice growth. A comprehensive benefits package is offered. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited residency program.
- Active Kentucky dental license or ability to obtain one.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships.
