About The Position
Grove Dental Associates, part of the NADG team, is seeking an Orthodontist to join a well-established group practice in Wheaton, Illinois. The practice emphasizes group dentistry rather than corporate dentistry, best-in-class care, ample time with each patient, and a patient experience that builds satisfaction and trust. The role offers clinical autonomy and responsibility for comprehensive care, including diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance. The practice provides support from hygienists and EFDAs and operates in a modern facility with contemporary equipment. The schedule is 1–2 days per week.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for specialists.
- Current, active license in good standing in the state, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Dedication to integrity and the highest standards of ethical patient care.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients about their comprehensive treatment options.
- Maintain an environment where patients feel comfortable and understand that their health is the top priority.
- Support the growth and development of the teams and practices.
- Provide exceptional dental care.
- Provide comprehensive care, including diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance.
