About The Position

As we continue to grow at Edition Dental, we’re looking for an Orthodontist to join our team on a part-time basis (2–4 days per month). Edition Dental is a modern, design-forward clinic in Toronto, known for delivering high-quality care in a space that feels elevated, personalized, and experience-driven. Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Orthodontic specialty program
  • Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO
  • Has strong clinical expertise in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Is experienced with clear aligners and modern orthodontic techniques
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with patients
  • Delivers a polished, professional, and patient-first experience
  • Works well within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Aligns with a modern, aesthetic-focused clinic environment

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
  • Provide treatment using braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Utilize digital imaging and modern orthodontic technology to support accurate care
  • Educate patients on treatment options, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Deliver a high-touch, patient-centered experience aligned with the Edition Dental brand
  • Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence
  • Work closely with general dentists and the clinical team to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
  • Stay current with advancements in orthodontic techniques and technology
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment
