Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services, including open and surgical cases, with an average of 50-60 surgical cases per year.
• Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to ensure an efficient and positive work environment.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients, educate them on treatment options, and deliver the best care while treating them like family.
• Help drive the practice’s growth by maintaining high standards of care, contributing to production goals, and building a loyal patient base.
