Join our established, dentist-owned dental group serving communities across North Carolina and South Carolina. We’re seeking an Orthodontist to support our growing orthodontic program in the Charlotte area. This is a strong opportunity for a provider looking for consistent patient flow, clinical support, and long-term growth. Requirements
- Active North Carolina Dental License (required)
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Provide orthodontic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Deliver orthodontic care (braces, clear aligners, etc.)
- Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with general dentists and clinical team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
