About The Position
Carolina Orthodontics and Children's Dentistry is expanding and seeking a dynamic Orthodontist for its new Fayetteville location. This is an associate position leading to partnership, offering a large cash bonus based on office performance, up to $500k in profit sharing in the first year, and a built-in referral network from multiple local offices within the group. The practice also features an in-house Pediatric Dentist and is located 30 minutes from Pinehurst/South Pines. The ideal candidate will provide a holistic approach to patient care with a kind chairside manner, strong work ethic, and excellent clinical skills, working 2-4 days per week. The practice supports business growth and non-clinical management, providing expert staff, marketing for new patient growth and referrals, supplies and equipment, assistance with negotiating insurance rates, and a dedicated Regional Operations Director.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients and parents
- Dedication to providing consistent, quality dental care
- Commitment to Continued Dental Education
- Desire to expand business knowledge
- DDS or DMD from accredited school
- Graduated from an Accredited Orthodontics Residency Program
