About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an Orthodontist for a job opportunity in Washington State. This position is located in a Dental Clinic-DSO setting and requires a DDS/DMD with a specialty in Orthodontics. The assignment is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension, starting on 06/08/2026 and ending on 08/28/2026. The work schedule is 4 days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday. The clinic sees approximately 65 patients per day per provider, with an average of 2.5-3 case starts per day. They offer Damon, Invisalign, and Traditional Braces. The EMR system used is Dolphin software. A valid Orthodontist license, DEA, and BLS certifications are required. Orthodontists with 3 years of relevant experience are preferred. Each office is equipped with 7 chairs and supported by a full staff including an office manager, ortho assistants, treatment coordinators, front office staff, a financial coordinator, an insurance coordinator, and a sterilization tech.

Requirements

• Specialty in Orthodontics

• 3 years of relevant experience as an Orthodontist

Responsibilities

• Provide orthodontic treatment including Damon, Invisalign, and Traditional Braces.
• Manage patient flow of approximately 65 patients per day per provider.
• Achieve an average of 2.5-3 case starts per day per provider.
• Utilize Dolphin software for EMR.
• Work a 4-day/week schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Thursday.
