Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and empathetic patient interactions.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, dedicated to enhancing the patient experience and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical concepts and practice management software.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve conflicts or challenges.
  • High school diploma, plus 1 to 3 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Commitment to upholding HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Dental experience and familiarity with practice software programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for new patients, from confirmation calls to treatment plan presentations, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
  • Actively promote our orthodontic services and initiatives to attract new patients and maximize referrals, embodying our commitment to excellence and growth.
  • Present treatment costs and payment options clearly and transparently, ensuring patients understand their investment in their oral health and feel confident in their decision to proceed with treatment.
  • Maintain communication with patients through recall and follow-up processes, ensuring continuity of care and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
  • Display professionalism and positivity in all interactions, contributing to a welcoming and supportive practice environment.
  • Collaborate with the office manager and Doctor to address challenges and brainstorm innovative ideas for practice growth.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and practice management system entries, ensuring seamless operations and efficient patient care.
