Can you inspire, lead and grow an orthodontic practice? We’re looking for a “growth engineer” aka office manager extraordinaire! The Practice Manager is the foundation of Birmingham Orthodontics Success. Through consistent daily monitoring, and weekly reporting, the Practice Manager is Birmingham Orthodontics’ front-line supervisor and business manager. In summary: the Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service oriented healthcare practice. The goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld and a dynamic environment is created.

Requirements

• Orthodontic Assistant experience preferred.
• CPR training
• 2 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Proven work history of excellence
