Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification preferred
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required

Nice To Haves

X-Ray Certification preferred
RDA preferred
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Assist with orthodontic procedures and patient care
Take quality digital scans, photographs, and radiographs
Educate patients and parents on treatment plans and oral care instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
Prepare and sterilize instruments while maintaining OSHA and infection control standards
Set up and break down treatment rooms
Monitor inventory and stock clinical supplies
Assist with Invisalign cases, appliance delivery, and orthodontic adjustments
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Work collaboratively with both clinical and administrative team members to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care at every visit
