About The Position

ARCH Orthodontics is growing and looking for a friendly, motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join their team. This role involves working alongside experienced orthodontic professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment, playing an important role in creating positive experiences for patients and their families. The position may involve working across ARCH Orthodontics' six locations: Bridgewater, Canton, Hyde Park, Westwood, Hyannis, and Orleans, with travel pay and mileage reimbursement provided.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
• X-ray certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and being part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Orthodontic assisting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting the orthodontist during patient procedures and appointments
• Taking digital X-rays, scans, and patient records
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms
• Educating patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation
• Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident throughout treatment
