About The Position

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, occasionally more in patient-care situations.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant.
• RDA or CDA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures.
• Place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands as directed.
• Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photos.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and braces aftercare.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR.
• Coordinate with clinical and front office teams and cross-train as needed.
