Requirements
- Must have previous Orthodontic experience (1-2 years)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ITero or 3D scanning is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the patients (parents/guardians), orthodontist, and other team members effectively
- Restocks all orthodontic treatment rooms and other clinical support areas
- Performs periodic inventory of all orthodontic supplies
- Welcomes patients to treatment rooms in a timely fashion
- Takes x-rays as prescribed
- Keeps the patient schedule on time by being aware of the daily schedule, working efficiently, and as a member of a cohesive team
- Assists the orthodontist with all assisting duties, including orthodontic procedures
- Scanning with Itero: Invisalign practice
- Sterilizes instruments and equipment after each patient appointment
- Maintains dependable job attendance
- Adheres to all safety and infection control rules
- Complies with HIPAA and maintains confidential information
- Uses appropriate safety equipment
