Requirements
- Must have some Orthodontic Assistant experience.
- Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, tools, and terminology.
- Positive, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Orthodontist during exams and treatments to ensure each patient receives top-notch care.
- Prepare and maintain operatories and equipment — keeping things organized, clean, and ready to go.
- Assist with orthodontic procedures such as placing/removing wires, bands, and retainers.
- Take digital scans and help fabricate custom appliances and retainers.
- Educate and support patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
- Keep accurate treatment notes and collaborate with your teammates to deliver amazing results.
