About The Position
As an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant at “APDO”, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients. Your professionalism, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and attention to detail will be vital in upholding our reputation for high-end orthodontic care. Assisting orthodontists during patient appointments Fit bands for appliances, place arch wires, bond brackets, place fixed retainers, take impressions and digital scans (iTero) Patient education on care orthodontic instructions Building relationships through connection with our patients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program is preferred.
- DANB x-ray certification or in process of being certified
- 1+ year of experience working dental or orthodontic chairside setting.
- Excellent communication skills with patients of all ages, parents, and teammates.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping patients have positive dental experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
